Discover a dependable student violin outfit with the Yamaha Student Model Braviol AV5 Violin Outfit with D’Addario Prelude Strings and Lightweight Case 1/2, available at Irvine Art and Music. Designed for young and developing players, this 1/2-size violin outfit pairs Yamaha’s student-friendly craftsmanship with essential accessories for lessons, school orchestra, and everyday practice.

A Strong Start for Student Players

The Yamaha AV5 is built to give beginning and advancing students a reliable foundation for learning. Its 1/2 size is well-suited for younger players who are not yet ready for a larger violin, while the complete outfit format makes it practical for families, teachers, and school music programs.

Traditional Wood Construction

The AV5 features a spruce top with maple back, sides, and neck for a traditional student violin build. Ebony fittings, a Yamaha original bridge, and a Wittner “Ultra” tailpiece with 4 fine tuners help create a reliable setup that supports tuning stability, playability, and daily student use.

Setup and Accessories Included

This outfit includes Prelude strings, a lightweight shaped case with Cordura cover, Brazilian wood bow, and rosin, giving students the core items needed to begin playing. The included case helps make transport to lessons, rehearsals, and school programs easier.
